Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
The SAFE AI Agent™ Referral Program ("Program") allows eligible clients ("Referrers") to earn referral commissions by referring other licensed real estate agents, mortgage brokers, loan officers, and qualified professionals to SAFE AI Agent™, a service of PMI Enterprises, LLC

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Be an active SAFE AI Agent™ client in good standing.

  • Have received an official Global Referral Partner License # (GAP-XXX) and a unique Referral Link.

  • Not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or industry guidelines when promoting your Referral Link.

3. Referral Commissions
Referrers will receive 25% recurring commissions on subscription fees paid by new clients ("Referred Clients") who:

  • Use the Referrer’s unique Referral Link to sign up.

  • Maintain an active subscription with SAFE AI Agent™.

👉 Referral commissions are paid only on active subscription revenue → the initial setup fee ($997) is not commissionable.

"Refer 4 Get Free" Psychology:
As part of our Partner Culture, Referrers are encouraged to refer 4 active clients → at which point their referral commissions will typically offset their own SAFE AI Agent™ subscription cost.
Beyond this → Referrers can earn unlimited recurring commissions → there is NO cap on commission potential.

4. Payment of Commissions
Referral commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $100

Standard Payout Method:

  • Referral commissions will be paid in USD via PayPal to the Referrer’s designated PayPal account.

Optional Web3 Payout:

  • Referrers may choose to receive commissions via Web3 Smart Contract payouts to an Ethereum wallet (via ERC-20 token such as USDC or USDT), using our Web3 Verified Referral System (powered by globalagentai.eth).

  • Participation in the Web3 Referral System is optional and subject to wallet verification and applicable compliance requirements.

Global Agent AI™ reserves the right to verify all payout details prior to release of funds.

5. Program Rules
Referrers agree to:

  • Promote SAFE AI Agent™ honestly and ethically.

  • Not make false claims, guarantees, or misrepresentations.

  • Not engage in spamming, mass unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing practices.

  • Not bid on Company trademarks or brand terms in paid search campaigns.

Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral commissions if fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms is detected.

6. Modifications & Termination
PMI Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time.
Notice of changes will be provided via email or on this website.

7. Limitation of Liability
PMI Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, US.
